We unveiled Remy and our AI workforce at our New York launch event on October 6. A full room of wealth and asset management leaders joined us for a night of exciting conversation about AI.

Remy is an AI teammate for financial advisors and relationship managers, built for a problem every advisor knows. A client meeting is in an hour, and the context you need is spread across last quarter’s emails, a CRM entry that was never finished, and notes from a call six months ago. Remy builds a living memory of every client and turns it into a prepared plan for the advisor’s day.

The evening opened with a live demo from our Chief Product Officer, Dana Ritter, who showed Remy at work and gave guests an early look at two more teammates: Casey for compliance and Ivy for investor relations. We also heard from Microsoft on our partnership, and from EFG International on what working with Unique AI has meant for them.

An advisor's morning with Remy

Remy supports the full client lifecycle: lead generation and referrals, onboarding, meeting preparation, and ongoing account review.

By the time an advisor arrives each morning, Remy has prepared:

  • A prioritized dashboard of intelligent recommendations ranked by priority
  • Briefs and materials for every meeting in the next week
  • Client emails, ready to send

During the demo, Dana showcased how Remy can connect what’s happening in a client’s life with what’s happening in their portfolio. A liquidity event, a relocation, or an upcoming retirement can change client needs, and Remy surfaces those links so the advisor can act on them.

The result: less time hunting for context, and more time growing client relationships.

Meet Casey and Ivy

Together, Remy, Casey, and Ivy are the first three AI teammates to join Unique AI’s agentic workforce. Here’s what Dana previewed on the other two.

Casey, the compliance teammate, replaces fragmented, manual reviews with a continuously updated and screened view of every client. Casey:

  • Completes KYC questionnaires
  • Produces uniform source of wealth narratives
  • Manages account remediation

Ivy, the investor relations teammate, works from your approved content to keep the narrative consistent, and turns any input into draft-ready deliverables. Ivy:

  • Prepares briefing and materials for investor meetings.
  • Drafts sourced, audit-ready responses to RFPs and DDQs
  • Produces reports and letters ready for compliance sign-off.

“With Casey and Ivy in place for compliance and investor relations, this workforce clears the bottlenecks that slow wealth and asset management firms down,” said Dana. “Advisors, compliance officers, and investor relations teams tell us these are the exact bottlenecks they want solved.”

Built with Microsoft from day one

Tanya Kaul, Senior Director of Financial Services at Microsoft, joined our CEO Manuel Grenacher on stage to discuss a partnership that goes back to Unique AI’s beginning, when we made the deliberate choice to build the Unique AI platform on Microsoft Azure. In financial services, the question was never just “Can the AI do this?” It was “Can we trust where our data lives, who can see it, and how it’s governed?” Microsoft Azure provided the technology foundation and capabilities to support these requirements, and we have continued building on Azure ever since.

Built on Microsoft Azure, Unique AI has deployed generative AI solutions with banks and wealth managers in Europe and has seen the industry move from AI pilots to AI in production. We see AI teammates as the next step towards agentic banking that is human-led, agent-powered and built on Microsoft Azure.

The client's view: EFG International

The closing conversation brought the client’s view into the room. Jackie Chayet, our VP Sales & Client Success, sat down with Leonardo Borges, Chief Operating Officer, Americas at EFG International. They discussed the partnership between the two companies and how AI is supporting teams across EFG.

EFG co-developed its own AI solution with Unique AI: Ally, which was built exclusively for EFG and is separate from the Remy, Casey, and Ivy agents launched at the event. Looking back on the Ally rollout, Leonardo said:

“As a vertical solution built for financial institutions, and wealth management in particular, Unique AI already understood our workflows. We didn’t have to start from zero explaining what a Client Relationship Officer does, so the solutions we built were tailored to how EFG actually operates.”

Leonardo also shared that employees rate Ally around 9 out of 10, with some of the highest satisfaction scores coming from operations, compliance, and client-facing teams. Beyond the Americas, Ally is in use across EFG worldwide, with more than 2,000 active users and over 900,000 prompts processed to date. Unique AI is proud to have built Ally in partnership with the EFG team.

Who Remy is for

The night ended over drinks and conversations about what comes next for AI in wealth management. We’ll be sharing more soon about Casey and Ivy, our AI teammates for compliance and investor relations.
